How do you do the Kanji naming at the shop?
By using our own Kanji accreditation system, our Japanese staff will find you the right one after asking your thought for Japan and/or the thought you want to put for the name and explaining the design and the meaning of the character.
How do you do the Kanji naming in the website?
Please enter our website and follow the instruction and the naming will proceed as in the shop.
How long do I need to wait in the shop?
Approximately one hour; you may wait for more than an hour when there are many orders. In this case, we deliver to your hotel if you stay in Tokyo area.
Do you have a group discount?
All products are subject to tax (tax is not included in the price); however, with the purchase of more than 10,000 yen, tax is free.
Can I order through website?
Yes.
Delivery when ordering through website.
Any orders made before 5 p.m., we will ship within three days from the next day of your purchase which means you will receive your product within 4 days after the day of purchase except certain areas. Please take the length of your stay into consideration when ordering. We can ship to all areas within Japan. Free shipping with the purchase of more than 10,000 yen.
What are the types and sizes do you have?

When do you open?
Our shop is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Website is open throughout the year, however, your order deadline is 5 p.m. every day.
Do staff in the shop speak English?
No, at the moment. We will have some staff to support near in future.

What if I do not receive my order during my stay in Japan?
When you order at our shop, you will receive your product in about one hour. You may wait for more than one hour when there are many orders. We always confirm you the finish time before we start processing. When you order through our website, you will have to enter the time and place of delivery. In case you do not receive your product by our mistake, we will ship it to your country of residence by our own expense.
Can I change shipping address after I order?

Precautions for use.
The product material is magnetic stainless steel. It is very dangerous when the magnets get close to people with medical electronic devices such as cardiac pacemaker. Please be careful that those magnets can cause malfunction to such devices and may lead to serious injuries.
Can I choose other than Japanese Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana, like marks and characters?
Yes, not only Japanese Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana, we also have Romaji or Roman letters and Japanese family crest (traditional symbols peculiar to Japan since ancient times) that are installed in our computer, standard marks such as ★ and ♪ are also available.
What is your price?
Please refer to our website. The price varies according to the shape, size, and strap. The price range is around 1400 ～ 3000 yen (tax excluded).
Can I order from outside of Japan by using website? Can you ship to countries other than Japan?
Sorry no. You can only order in Japan and receive in Japan during your stay.
Where is the shop in Tokyo?
There is our shop address written in website. It is about five-minute walk from Ikebukuro station. From Tokyo station, it takes 15 minutes by train, and from Shinjuku station, it takes only 6minutes by train.
